Anxiety – at some point in life you may get it. Some people will experience it when they are going through a life changing event like getting married, moving, or having a baby. However, some people may experience it in their every day lives. Going to school, meeting deadlines at work, and managing work-life balances can all cause anxiety. According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), 40 million adults (adults defined as 18 and over) in America or 18% of the population has an anxiety disorder (2013).
